For this September 2019 box, we listened to you! Indeed, some of you wanted to taste a dried sausage. Of course, nothing can make us happier than this kind of request!

Château Daubiac, Bordeaux AOP

Daubiac is an ancient property, established in Saint-André-de-Bcubzac, whose vineyards were planted around a convent of the Carmelites of the XIV
became a charterhouse in the 18th century.
Merlot (80%) and Cabernet-Sauvignon gave this wine good intensity, on red fruits and violet, soft and fresh in mouth, with however
a small severity in the final.
